As a leader within B-2-C channels, she’s occupied several senior level roles, most recently leading the design and roll-out of the new warehouse for a Canadian jewelry retailer. Kim holds a MBA from McMaster University. She has harnessed invaluable experience in both operations and supply chain roles for organizations in retail, telecommunications, food & beverage as well as hospitality. Kim also advises various retail businesses on business strategy and the use of data.
