Guillaume Desbois, is a mechanical engineer. He has been a procurement Professional for the last 20 years, with experience in Automotive, Mines & Metals, and a specific focus on Project and Category Management. Guillaume’s specialties are team development, continuous improvement and stakeholders management. He is a passionate and a committed person. His career has giving him the chance to work in international and multicultural environment (Europe, Asia America, Africa, Australia) and to live in France, British Columbia and Quebec. His current position is Atlantic Category Manager at RioTinto with a team spread in 5 countries (Canada, USA, France, Poland, India), serving industrial sites across North America and Europe. He is an happy husband and father of a boy and a girl and enjoy presently life in Montreal.
