Kathy Simon is an accomplished visionary leader with 20 years’ experience in the procurement and supply chain fields with diverse background in the wholesale, banking and retail sectors. Her specialties are gap analysis, assessment, procurement strategy development & implementation and revitalizing under-performing sourcing organizations. Currently a Director, Indirect Procurement at Rexall/Pharma Plus Ms. Simon is also a part-time professor at Humber College and has held interactive workshops and webinars at SCMAO.

Her extensive professional experience coupled with a degree in teaching and human resources, as well as holding a CSCMP designation Ms. Simon has a unique combination of expertise her clients and candidates can benefit from.
