Marina Chin is a Manager of Supplier Delivery Assurance at Volvo Buses with over 11 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, including the aerospace and automotive sectors. She has extensive experience and knowledge in Supplier Quality and Capacity Management. She has lead expert teams working with strategic suppliers in establishing common scorecards as well as tools and methods that achieved improved supplier quality. In her current role, she continues to use her strength and leadership in supplier relationships in creating strategies with her teams in securing the capacity and flexibility of the supply chain in addition to ensuring first time right quality. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Concordia University. She is also a certified Lean Project Leader from McGill University – Faculty Desautel and has a strong aptitude for problem solving and continuous improvement.
