Michael Johnson is a certified supply chain professional in both Canada and the U.S. with over 17 years of experience leading multi-national organizations in the oil & gas and aerospace industry. His diverse experience includes coordination of logistics operations as well as contracting and procurement activities in the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is the head of the Contracting and Procurement Department at Shell Martinez Refinery in California. In his current role, he leads a team responsible for strategic sourcing and supplier management supporting both manufacturing operations and capital projects at one of largest refineries on the west coast of the U.S.
